What "built in public" means here
- The roadmap shows what's shipped, what's in development, and what's still just planned — including the parts that are behind.
- The status board reflects real module completion, not marketing rounding.
- The journal documents decisions and the trade-offs we accepted, including the ones that bit us.
The promise
This site will evolve alongside the product and eventually become the documentation portal and customer-onboarding platform. Until then, it's an honest logbook of an engineering effort. Follow along.
