Why we're building InnoSyncHome in public

Engineering before marketing. Transparency over hype. Why the roadmap, the progress numbers, and the mistakes are all on this site.

By Founding Engineer

Evidence, not adjectives

Anyone can claim their smart-home platform is reliable. We'd rather show you 452 days of test-home runtime, a live progress dashboard, and the reset-reason history from a real gateway.

What "built in public" means here

  • The roadmap shows what's shipped, what's in development, and what's still just planned — including the parts that are behind.
  • The progress dashboard reflects real module completion, not marketing rounding.
  • The journal documents decisions and the trade-offs we accepted, including the ones that bit us.

The promise

This site will evolve alongside the product and eventually become the documentation portal and customer-onboarding platform. Until then, it's an honest logbook of an engineering effort. Follow along.
