Vision

Automation should be a utility, not a subscription.

InnoSyncHome is a local-first automation platform for homes, industries, farms, and energy systems — engineered to keep working when the internet doesn't.

The problem with cloud-first automation

Most smart-home platforms route your light switch through a data center on another continent. When the internet drops, the account expires, or the vendor sunsets the product, your home stops responding. You never owned the automation — you rented it.

For industry, farms, and energy systems the stakes are higher. A pump that only runs when the cloud is reachable is not a pump you can depend on.

Our answer: local-first

Every automation runs on hardware you control. The gateway evaluates rules on-device over a low-latency ESP-NOW link to its nodes, pairs to your phone over BLE, and treats the cloud as an optional backup — never a dependency. The result is automation that is fast, private, and reliable by construction.

Core Principles

How we work

Six commitments that shape every decision and every commit.

01

Engineering before marketing

We ship evidence, not adjectives. The roadmap, the progress numbers, and the reset-reason logs from a real gateway are all public.

02

Transparency over hype

The roadmap shows what's behind as clearly as what's shipped. You'll always know the real state of the build.

03

Show progress continuously

Every milestone produces a devlog, a changelog entry, and an updated dashboard. The site is a living logbook.

04

Teach through content

The engineering journal documents decisions and the trade-offs behind them — ESP-NOW, BLE, registry design, OTA.

05

Build trust with evidence

452 days of test-home runtime and 1.2M commands executed say more than a landing-page promise ever could.

06

Own your infrastructure

Automation should be a utility you own, not a subscription you rent. Your hardware, your network, your rules.

Why Local-First

Reliability you can hold in your hand

Internet Independent

Logic runs entirely on-premise. No cloud round-trips for core functions — automations fire even when the WAN is down.

Private by Default

Your data never leaves your network unless you explicitly authorize a bridge. No cloud analytics, ever.

Industrial Grade

Built for harsh environments using robust hardware and memory-safe patterns, validated against real field failures.

ESP-NOW Mesh

Nodes talk to the gateway over a low-latency ESP-NOW link with a live registry and replay-attack protection.

BLE Provisioning

A NimBLE GATT server pairs your phone directly to the gateway — set up and control without an account.

Signed OTA (planned)

Staged firmware rollouts with automatic rollback will keep a fleet current without risking a bricked node.
